A new program that’s the first of it’s kind in the state is being offered at Florence 1 Schools. An investments and securities class will feature technology and curriculum from the Bloomberg Financial Company. Students will be able to access market information through Bloomberg terminals and a real-time ticker. They’ll also look at stats for different investment options and create presentations about which are more viable and track their options throughout the school year. The program was partially funded by a grant from the School Foundation.
